Review 1 Because it is essential to "think before you act," this book offers a foolproof methodology (which is implemented in the larger global agencies) to design or redesign your website professionally. How can you know your audience and identify it precisely? How can you organize the site according to the needs and expectations of each user? How can you plan for user testing when creating a website and how do you know if it passes the test? At what stage do you do graphic design and computer programming? This book reveals a simple and rigorous "road map" to follow to be sure to build a successful website. With many illustrations and examples, with the insightful comments of professionals such as Jakob Nielsen and David Siegel, this book is sure to become a reference book that all good web agencies need to have by their fingertips. Review 2 I’ve always found books on project management rather dry and academic, unless they have a specific focus on particular kinds of projects. This one, though focused on web design, I still found rather dry. Sorry, but much of this is common sense. (Posted by Web Design in Shrewsbury)
